We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Because our products are handmade, we are unable to accept returns for:
Custom or personalized items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tsrosaries.com within 30 days of delivery. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may take more time to refund your money back to you. If it has been longer than 15 business days please feel free to contact us about your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@tsrosaries.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
