Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons or holy days, processing times may vary slightly. Any delays will be communicated by email.

Shipping Method & Rates

• We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States

• Shipping times begin after the 2-day processing period

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days once shipped

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@tsrosaries.com, and we will assist you as best we can.
